How Do Rotating Shifts Work?
All schedules operate on a 2-2-3 basis meaning that employees work two or three consecutive days interspersed with two or three consecutive days off. Working half the days of the year, this schedule provides every other weekend off. Alternate schedules, such as straight shifts, are also available when openings occur.
Our start shift times are:
- Days: 6:30am - 6:30pm
- Nights: 6:30pm - 6:30am
Rotating Shifts
Our rotating 2-2-3 schedule requires you to be able to work 12-hour shifts rotating days and nights from 6:30 to 6:30. You will be working 3 or 4 shifts per week.
Straight Nights
Our straight nights 2-2-3 schedule requires you to be able to work 12-hour shifts from 6:30pm to 6:30am. You will be working 3 or 4 shifts per week.
Straight Days
Our straight days 2-2-3 schedule requires you to be able to work 12-hour shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm. You would be working 3 or 4 shifts per week.
